Purchase Manager Network is beta software that helps users organize purchase information and consider possible decisions. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and only with information you are authorized to process.

Human responsibility

The service does not verify suppliers, prices, claims, financial stability, insurance, certifications, legal compliance, cybersecurity, privacy practices or contract terms. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, security or regulatory advice. A qualified person must verify material facts and approve every purchase.

No purchasing action

The service cannot place an order, transfer money, execute a contract, contact a supplier or approve spending. Recommendations are informational outputs based on user-provided data and may be incomplete or wrong.

Prohibited use

• Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, protected personal records or unlawfully obtained information.
• Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, bribery, bid manipulation, discrimination, sanctions evasion or other unlawful conduct.
• Do not rely on the service as the sole control for high-risk, regulated, safety-critical or public-sector procurement.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service.

Availability and warranty

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, savings, supplier performance or a particular outcome. Keep independent copies of important records.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Purchase Manager Network is not responsible for purchasing losses or decisions made in reliance on beta outputs. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
