This beta is designed to collect less data, not more. No account is required and we do not use advertising trackers.

What stays in your browser

Your purchase briefs, supplier entries, working scores, recommendations and decision history are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not synchronized to an account. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to see them.

What is sent for AI analysis

When you deliberately request a recommendation, the structured purchase information shown in the workspace is sent through our hosting and AI infrastructure to generate the response. Do not submit passwords, payment information, personal records, trade secrets, legally privileged material, confidential bids or information you are not authorized to share.

Operational information

Our hosting providers may process routine technical information such as timestamps, requested routes, approximate network information, error logs and security events to operate and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

Your controls

You can download a local backup or clear browser-saved data from the workspace at any time. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing or changing devices can remove local work permanently.

Beta limitation

This notice describes the current beta. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Organizations evaluating the service for regulated or confidential procurement should complete their own privacy and security review before use.
