Purchase Manager Network exists because smaller teams often make meaningful purchasing decisions across scattered quotes, email threads and spreadsheets. The cheapest option can look obvious while transition cost, service, delivery, security or contract risk remains invisible.

The product creates one disciplined path: define the need, compare suppliers consistently, examine total cost and risk, challenge missing evidence, then record the human decision.

The principle

AI may research, challenge and recommend. A human remains responsible for approval. The system should make judgment clearer, not make accountability disappear.

The beta

The current version is intentionally lean and local-first. It is useful for structured evaluation, not a replacement for procurement policy, specialist due diligence, legal review or enterprise source-to-pay systems.
