The product is designed for experienced purchasing professionals, smaller teams without dedicated procurement software and anyone who suddenly finds themselves responsible for a consequential supplier choice.

The person remains central

Software can organize evidence and AI can challenge a comparison. Neither carries the budget, the supplier relationship or the operational consequences. An authorized person must verify material facts, exercise judgment and approve every purchase.

What this beta is, and is not

The current release is intentionally lean and local-first. It supports structured evaluation and an accountable record. It does not replace procurement policy, specialist due diligence, legal review, security review or enterprise source-to-pay systems.
